Week One at the Championships
Well week one at Wimbledon draws to a close and Andy Roddick finds himself in familiar territory...The lone American left in the draw at Wimbledon. For the second year in a row James Blake could not get beyond the third round.
So, good luck Andy we hope to see you Sunday with the trophy!
Great blog! Isn't the Wimbledon weather a downer this year? It's hard for me to remember who's playing which round. I'm planning on watching as much as I can over the next few days. At least when its time for the Open, we're in the right time zone.
My blog is called MyServe. One of our BCPL liasons put me onto to yours.
Lots of fun stuff in the awards. I really liked the scoreboard from CBS Sports, so I had to add it. But what really caught my eye or I should say my ear wasPandora. You can enter an artist name and hear something from them, but it also plays a list of similar singers. I started with Sinatra...up next Dean Martin followed by Tony Bennett and Nat King Cole! Check it out athttp://www.pandora.com/
Week 8 #19 Web awards
This was a great deal of fun! I had no Idea that a widget like this could be free. Suddenly, I feel there are a number of things that I have overlooked.
Well, this was interesting. I added my wiki to marylandlibrariessandbox. The ability for others to log in and edit content could be a great tool. Edit intotennis wiki at the sandbox.
I had no idea that a blog could be tagged. I was familiar with meta names that are tags in web pages this seems to do almost the same type of thing. Thanks for the lesson.
This is truely a soical networking tool. I found it interesting to see what other people with similar interest are into.
Week 6 # 13 From del.icio.us ---This is a list of some of my favorite sites!! And I'm not alone!
Week 5 # 12 Rollyo
Wow! I feel like I just built my own private search engine. It feels so personal!
Week 5 # 12 Rollyo
Week 5 # 11 LibraryThing
What a wonderful way to share your passion for books. This would make a wonderful tool for any book club and it just makes for a nice personal catalog.
